1. General

Welcome to Miils.com online shop!


Miils.com online shop is made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale ("TCS"). The TCS apply to your access to and use of our online shop and the supply of Products and Services ordered via our shop at www.miils.com. By ordering Products or Services from our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these TCS. Please read the TCS carefully before placing any orders on Miils.com online shop. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TCS for future reference.


Miils.com online shop is operated by Rategia Oy (“we”), a company registered in Finland under registration number 2456115-2. Our registered address is Kuortaneenkatu 2, 00510 Helsinki, Finland. Miils.com online shop transactions and customer service are conducted in Finnish and English.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of the TCS, the following terms shall have the meaning defined below:


“Services” shall mean both our ready-made digital content services, such as generic food plans and recipes, and our tailored services, such as individually prepared diet plans drawn up by our dieticians, which are all delivered to you in electronic form.


“Products” shall mean consumer goods, foodstuff and ready meals prepared on your request by our partners.


3. Eligibility to purchase and registration

In order to make purchases on Miils.com online shop you must be at least 18 years old, have a functioning e-mail address and. You will be required to provide your personal details. When requested, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that are both valid and correct.


To make purchases on Miils.com online shop you will need to register. Registration is free of charge. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately.


The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You are responsible for all activities performed in the Miils.com online shop by using your user account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We shall have the right to suspend or close your account.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


Products and Services in the Miils.com online shop are ordered by choosing them from the shop’s selection and adding them into shopping cart. When ordering our Services we may ask you to provide information about yourself in order to tailor the Service to fit your needs. Provision of this information is voluntarily.


By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Product(s) and/or Service(s). You are requested to check the contents of your order carefully before confirming it. You shall pay for the Product(s) and/or Service(s) in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your payment details.


Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order.


We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Miils.com online shop whether or not that merchandise has been sold out or removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the shop, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


5. Prices

Prices shown on the Miils.com online shop are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Prices shown include all the costs of the order.


The prices of Products and Services sold in the Miils.com online shop remain in force until further notice or for the duration mentioned separately. The price of an item displayed on the shop at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.


Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of items. If we discover an error in the pricing of a Product or Service in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a Product/Service that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you order a Product/Service that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able.


6. Payment

At Miils.com online shop, we offer payment by credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club).


Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd will forward the payment to the merchant.

7. Availability

Whilst every effort is made to make sure the delivery times and availability information on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover errors and cannot guarantee availability or sufficiency. Miils.com mostly offers for sale Products that are in stock and available for dispatch, or Services which are readily available. Occasionally however, the delivery may take some more time. Sometimes we may be unable to deliver selected Products or Services.


If we find out after we have received your order that a Product or Service is temporarily unavailable or its delivery would take more time than estimated, we will notify you by email and provide a new estimated delivery date for the Product/Service.


If it turns out that we are not able to deliver the Product or Service at all, or it would take over 30 days until it could be delivered, we will inform you about this and refund the payment to you by using the same payment method that you have used in connection with your order. In these cases the sale of the Product or Service is deemed as cancelled. However, when contacting you we will also give you the possibility to keep the sale in force and accept a longer delivery time or a replacing Product or Service.


If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any Products or Services you have paid for but not received.


8. Delivery

8.1 Products

We deliver Products to predefined delivery places. You must sign for the delivery upon receipt.


The ordered Products shall be delivered to you by our partners to the location chosen by you at the moment of the order.


If the order contains Products with varying delivery times, we shall be entitled to deliver the Products to you separately. In this case, you shall only be charged for a single delivery.


Product delivery times may depend on the availability of the Product and the destination of the delivery. We strive to deliver Products as soon as possible.


You must inspect the delivery immediately after having received it to ensure that Products delivered are intact and are not otherwise defective. You shall also ensure that the delivery contains all the Products ordered by you, unless we have informed you that we will deliver some parts of your order later.


Should you notice any deficiencies in the delivery or Product, you must notify our customer service thereof without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days by emailing Miils


If a deficiency is confirmed in the delivery or Product, we shall be entitled in the first instance to rectify said deficiency within a reasonable period of time or replace the Product with a defect-free item. We shall be liable for any defect in the Product in accordance with the consumer protection legislation in force.


8.2 Services

Our Services are delivered to you as digital content in electronic form through Miils.com website, where they will be saved and available for your use, or by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us in connection with registration.


We offer both ready-made and tailored Services, which have different delivery times. The ready-made Services are usually delivered to you immediately after the purchase once we have sent you the confirmation of contract. When ordering ready-made Services you accept that they are delivered to you without delay, and that this results in you not having the right to cancel your order.


As the tailored Services, such as individual diet plans drawn up by our dieticians, take some time to be completed, their delivery will usually be circa 7 days after we have sent you the confirmation of contract. When ordering tailored Services you accept that providing of the Service is started immediately upon acceptance of your order and the electronic content resulting from the Service is delivered to you within the delivery time, and that this results in you not having the right to cancel your order.


The estimated delivery time of each Service is indicated in connection with the online shop page of that Service.


If the order contains Services with varying delivery times, we shall be entitled to deliver the Services to you in at different times. There is no delivery charge for our Services. We strive to deliver Services as soon as possible.

9. Right to cancellation

The Products offered at Miils.com online shop are foodstuffs and ready meals prepared on your request. Because the nature of these Products, it is not possible to cancel their order or return them.


Our Services are digital content services that you accept to receive soon after your order has been placed. Because of the nature of these Services and their delivery method, you will not have the right to cancel their order or return them either.


10. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any defects in its Products, Services, delays in deliveries or other breaches of agreement that are attributable to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Even in situations such as these we shall, however, continue to strive to provide the best possible service to you.


11. Governing law and complaints

These TCS are governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts. However, as a consumer you may also submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board, you must contact Consumer Advisory Services at Local Register Offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).


If you have a complaint about us, please email giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details. In the event of a disagreement concerning the TCS or application thereof, you and we shall strive to resolve the dispute primarily through negotiations.


12. Severability

If any of the terms within these TCS are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Rights to vary terms

We may modify these TCS from time to time, so please check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TCS then you must immediately stop using the Miils.com online shop. Any variation to these TCS shall be uploaded to Miils.
